j33bet Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and j33bet ("j33bet," "we," "us," "our") governing all aspects of your use of the j33bet website, mobile platform, games, and related services. Access to or use of any part of the j33bet platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all j33bet services including but not limited to: cricket and sports betting, live casino via Astar Live, slot games, jackpot games including Ocean King, account management, payment processing, and promotional activities. Separate promotional terms may apply to specific bonuses and offers and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use j33bet. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. j33bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately and any deposits returned.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation on j33bet complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. j33bet does not represent that accessing or using the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Pakistani players are encouraged to remain informed of any regulatory developments affecting online gambling in Pakistan.

2.3 Account Limit. Each individual may hold only one j33bet account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances across all duplicate accounts.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. j33bet is entitled to rely on the information provided. Any false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure.

• A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for account registration and verification.
• Username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your j33bet account credentials.

3. Account Security & KYC Verification

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC). j33bet is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal from your j33bet account. Acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) accompanied by a live selfie holding the same document.

3.2 KYC Timing. j33bet may request KYC documentation at any point during the lifecycle of an account, not only at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in temporary account restriction.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j33bet login credentials. You must notify j33bet support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account. j33bet will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. j33bet offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via registered mobile number. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised j33bet login attempts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. j33bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL IBFT, UBL IBFT, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit at j33bet is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. j33bet reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. Verified accounts with no pending bonus wagering requirements can expect: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 15–60 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within one business day.

4.4 Fraud Prevention. j33bet monitors all financial transactions for irregular patterns. Any account exhibiting suspicious deposit or withdrawal behaviour may be subject to enhanced review, temporary restriction, and/or notification to relevant authorities as required under applicable law.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on j33bet are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable at the time of placement. j33bet reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets that have been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by game, sport, and market. Applicable limits are displayed within each game and betting interface on j33bet.

5.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting on cricket (including PSL fixtures), football, basketball, UFC, and other sports is available at j33bet. In-play bets are accepted at j33bet's discretion and may be suspended during match stoppages, delays, or technical interruptions.

5.4 Bet Cancellation. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where j33bet's cash-out feature is available and the player elects to use it. Bets that have been confirmed by j33bet are binding.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by j33bet are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements for each j33bet promotion are clearly stated prior to opt-in. Players are strongly encouraged to review wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. j33bet prohibits any form of bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, using structured low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting system errors or manifest pricing mistakes. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have all bonuses and winnings derived therefrom forfeited.

6.4 Modification of Promotions. j33bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bets already accepted and bonus funds already credited to a player's account in good standing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j33bet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with j33bet games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players or agents to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on j33bet.
• Use of stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulent payment instruments to fund a j33bet account.
• Money laundering or structuring of transactions in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing j33bet from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Attempting to circumvent j33bet's security or fraud detection systems.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. j33bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-controlled tools to help maintain healthy gambling habits, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion via the j33bet account settings. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be lifted early. Re-entry following a self-exclusion period requires identity verification and a mandatory review.

8.3 Minor Protection. j33bet employs technical and procedural measures to prevent access by minors. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on j33bet – including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, text, graphics, and the j33bet brand identity – is the exclusive property of j33bet or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j33bet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any j33bet content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 j33bet's liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of use of the platform is limited to the net deposit balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim, except where j33bet's liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

10.2 j33bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of winnings arising from technical failures beyond j33bet's reasonable control.

10.3 j33bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, and circumstances beyond j33bet's control may temporarily affect availability. j33bet will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly and notify affected users where practicable.

11. Privacy & Data

j33bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Amendments to These Terms

j33bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, or via a prominent notice on the j33bet platform. Your continued use of j33bet following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which j33bet is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through j33bet's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, the seat of which shall be determined by j33bet's licensing jurisdiction.
